Welcome to Propsy Health. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propsy Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Propsy Health is a health data synchronization platform that:

  • Connects to your Google Health account via OAuth 2.0
  • Reads daily fitness, sleep, and heart rate metrics
  • Stores this data in an encrypted database
  • Provides a personal dashboard for visualization
  • Allows you to export or delete your data by contacting our support team

Important: This service is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.
  • You acknowledge that health data may be emotionally sensitive.

4. Data Ownership & Your Rights

You own your data. Propsy Health claims no ownership over your health information. You have the right to:

  • Access all data we have collected (via JSON export)
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data by contacting our support team
  • Revoke our access via contacting our support team

5. Limitation of Liability

Propsy Health is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Any medical decisions made based on the dashboard data
  • Service interruptions or data loss due to technical issues
  • Emotional distress from viewing health metrics

6. Termination

You may terminate your use of Propsy Health by clicking "Initiate Withdrawal" in the dashboard. You will have to make a request to our support and research team to delete your data and revoke access.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-app notification requiring re-acceptance.
